How Laxido works

Laxido Orange and Laxido Paediatric Plain are osmotic laxatives.

Macrogol 3350 induces a laxative effect through its osmotic action in the gut, which makes faeces softer and easier to pass. Both Laxido Orange and Laxido Paediatric Plain also contain electrolytes to ensure that there is no overall gain or loss of water, potassium or sodium.2.3
